A Taste of Harmony is an annual event which invites all Australians to share their culture at work. Each year for one week in March, Australians are asked to bring in a dish to their workplace that represents their cultural background to share with their colleagues. This lunch event is designed to stimulate conversation between work colleagues, breaking down cultural barriers and create a more cohesive work unit.
